• Account data: your Minecraft username and UUID when you join the server.
• Gameplay data: stats needed for features like claims, jobs, the economy and the leaderboard.
• Moderation data: chat logs and connection logs (including IP address) used to keep the server safe.
• Optional data: Discord ID, email or purchase details only if you join our Discord, contact support or buy from the store.

2. How we use it

• To run the server and its features (claims, economy, leaderboards, events).
• To enforce our rules and handle appeals.
• To deliver purchases and answer support requests.
• To improve performance and prevent abuse.

3. What we never do

We never sell your personal data. We never share it with third parties except service providers required to run the server (such as hosting and payment processors), or when required by law.

4. Cookies and the website

This website is mostly static and does not use tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

5. Data retention

Moderation logs are kept as long as needed for safety. Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax law. You may request deletion of optional data (Discord/email) at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, by emailing support@kisscraft.club. Note that deleting core account data may prevent you from using the server.

7. Children

KissCraft is family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is needed to play. Parents may contact us to review or remove optional data.
