1. Acceptance of terms

By connecting to the KissCraft server, using this website or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Server Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must own a valid Minecraft: Java Edition account to play. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through it on our server.

3. Code of conduct

You agree to follow the Server Rules at all times. We reserve the right to warn, mute, ban or remove any player who breaks the rules or harms the community, and to remove any content (builds, shops, messages) that violates them.

4. Purchases and the store

• All ranks and cosmetics are digital, cosmetic-only and never pay-to-win.
• Purchases are tied to your in-game name and are non-transferable.
• Due to the digital nature of the goods, all sales are final except where required by law.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal of purchased items and account suspension.

5. Service availability

KissCraft is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the server online and lag-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for temporary downtime, world resets or loss of in-game progress.

6. Intellectual property

KissCraft is a community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Custom assets, names and branding on this site belong to KissCraft.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the server or website after changes means you accept the new terms. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the latest version.
